How It Works

Create Account

Applicant (tenant) creates a resume, providing rental history with current & previous landlord contact info.

Proof of Residency

Applicant provides a bill, bank statement or other official documents for each address.

*Must show name and address, private info can be blocked out.

Verify Rental History

We'll contact landlords to complete rental verification and payment history. We'll continue to follow up until everything is complete.

Proof of Ownership

Landlords provide a mortgage statement, deed or other official documents to show proof of ownership.

*Must show name & address, private info can be blocked out.

Property Condition & Eviction

Landlords will provide security deposit info and comments if full amount was not reimbursed. Evictions will be reported as well.

*This helps to determine how well the property was maintained and if eviction was required.

Resume Complete

Once the resume is complete, the applicant will receive a 90 day access code to review the resume and share with potential landlords.

*There will be a $39 code fee for the applicant. Changes to resumes can be made at anytime.
